When you "seal" a package, you do that to the end that it will be easy to identify the Maker (or Sender), protect the content and to assure the Receiver that the content is fully intact, safe and sound.

In three different places, the Bible said God (our Maker) has sealed us (marked and enclosed us) with the Holy Spirit unto the day of Redemption, when He (God) will come to receive us (His priced possessions) unto Himself.

"Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts." (2Cor.1:21-22)

"In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise." (Eph.1:13)

"And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption." (Eph.4:30)

Did you notice that in our case, the Maker, the Seal and Receiver is God?

He is our Maker, our Seal and our Receiver.

He is all of these to us in Christ and we are all His possessions in the same Christ.

How then can we miss our destination (Heaven)?

What can separate or steal us away from the love of God?

If your answer is anything apart from "nothing", you might as well go write your own Bible 😉

Let nobody cut short your joy of Salvation and make you dread the coming of the Lord, the rapture or the last day. You're eternally secured in Christ.

Glory to God!
